Free Shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.  



You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 10:00 AM EST. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 



Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Georgia within 1-2 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

We currently do not ship to outside the U.S.



Leah & Rosemary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy


If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer care team within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
