Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer care team within 5 business days so we can get that fixed for you! 

Return Process:

  1. Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  2. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.
  3. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  4. Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn and with the tag on.
  5. Click on the Leah & Rosemary Return Portal and complete all required information about your purchase so we can start the return process.
    • Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
    • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
    • Please allow our customer care team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received back at our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.
    • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
    Gift Cards (Store Credit) 
    • Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and sent to you via email.
    • If we missed anything just drop us a line at!
    • Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.
    • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

      Changing or Cancelling Your Order
      • Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!  
      • We aim to process and ship each order no later than the next business day so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
      Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed 
      • Please contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if our Customer Care Team has not already processed your order.
      • We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order and if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately and let us know. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
      • Just email us at and include both order numbers in your message.
